Extreme Emotions – let them free!

In a new publication by the PR agency Green Row,  they have picked out the Autumn 2014 trends. Coming in at number 1 is Extreme Emotions! So what does this mean?

If you have ever felt like hiding your emotions deep inside, the good news is that you are not alone. Mintel have revealed that 8 out of 10 office workers feel exactly the same! The message from this is to release your emotions and passion and start enjoying life. Research shows that experiencing extreme emotions will do you good as the adrenaline it releases will feed your brain with oxygen and glucose, as well as stabilising your blood sugar levels.

This doesn’t mean that you now have to do a parachute jump thankfully! Obviously, everyone is different, but if your company picks a careful selection of activities, everyone can benefit from the adrenaline they provide. This may manifest itself in a session of Motorised Mayhem, where you get a selection of different vehicles to have a blast in, but for others, it could mean a Chocolate Making session as the adrenaline rush can come simply from good social interaction!

Whatever the make up of your team, picking the right activities is and always has been an important consideration. Choose wisely and reap the rewards!
