The great Trust issue

The Institute of Leadership & Management have recently published The Leadership Trust Index 2009. There is a startling message in there that over a third of employees have low or no trust in their senior teams. Quite a shocking statistic! These teams need to be engaged in a structured trust building internal programme in order to begin rebuilding trust. If this goes left unchecked in any organisation, it will be a major problem for the company going forward.
